We realize that coming to any type of clinic can be stressful to both you and your pet. To minimize this stress, we have outlined below how your visit should look. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by our friendly receptionists that will get your pet checked in. You will then be escorted by one of our technicians into an examination room where they will begin asking questions about your pet’s medical history, current medications, and most importantly any concerns that you may have. Once this information is obtained, a veterinarian will review your pets medical history and begin their examination. During the examination, the veterinarian will maintain an open dialogue and possibly recommend some diagnostic testing depending on your pet’s needs. Most of these diagnostics will be performed in the practice allowing you to know the results before you leave. At the conclusion of the process, the veterinarian will recommend a full treatment plan. Feel free to ask any questions throughout the visit as we want you to fully understand not only the what, but also why recommendations are being made. Once the veterinarian finishes discussing you pets specific needs, you will be asked to return to the receptionists where she will schedule any follow-up visits that may be needed and process your payment.

Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
